The El Paso County Water Reclamation District says it still hasn't heard from its insurance company on whether they'll cover the flood damage in a lower valley neighborhood.
The Ramos Court neighborhood flooded after a worker tried to repair a gopher tunnel near the Franklin canal.
Most families lost everything, and are wondering who's going to pay for it all.
So far, an adjustor went out today to look at the damage, but they still haven't said what - if anything - they'll cover.
We asked city councilwoman Emma Acosta about the devastation in her district and what could be done to prevent this in the future, but, she declined to comment.
