EL PASO- Two men arrested for stealing from a local Kmart is hardly the thing that amounts to big news in El Paso.
Except these two men were employed at the Kmart on South Zaragoza as loss prevention officers.
Detectives started looking into Jose Lamas and Luis Mier after a tip linked them to the theft of flat screens, tools and other electronics.
