Video Released Of Successful Spaceflight Test

MOJAVE, CA - Virgin Galactic released new video of a successful spaceflight test.

The video shows the Virgin Galactic spaceship flying up into space, before returning into the earth's atmosphere. The technique it uses to come down is called feathering, which is the plane somewhat free falling at a certain angle back to earth.

The flight was successful, and Virgin Galactic spokespeople say it proves the basic design of their spaceship is solid.

Virgin Galactic is building its first commercial spaceport in New Mexico.
