UPDATE: 1:42 p.m. President Obama is delivering a speech on immigration reform to a crowd of about 1,500 at the Chamizal National Memorial.
UPDATE: 12:42 p.m. President Obama has arrived in El Paso greeted by El Paso Congressman Silvestre Reyes, Mayor John Cook and Major General Commander Dana Pittard of Fort Bliss.
UPDATE: 9:17 a.m. President Obama has left Washington D.C. for El Paso aboard Air Force One. The president will deliver a major policy speech on immigration reform. He is due to arrive in El Paso around 12:40 p.m.
EL PASO – President Obama is scheduled to arrive in El Paso on Air Force One around 12:40 p.m. Tuesday.
He'll then give a speech about the need for immigration reform at 1:30 p.m. at Chamizal Park.
