EL PASO – A woman investigated by our Troubleshooters team has a list of legal woes.
Laura Knight, who was arrested twice this month, for charges that include: theft by check and tampering with government documents, has a criminal record dating back to 2006.
Her previous charges are listed on the El Paso County website; they include: a number of theft by check charges, two DWI's, and possession of a controlled substance.
A recent Troubleshooters report had one homeowner accusing Knight, who owns an escrow company, of not making mortgage payments that were given to her, to the bank.
