EL PASO - Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer in the world according to the Susan G. Komen website.
About 1.3 million people are diagnosed annually but the exact cause of the disease is unknown. Today there is no cure for it that's why thousands of El Pasoans woke up early today to race for the cure.
