GISD says Riverside Elementary No Longer Under Threat

SUNLAND PARK, NM - School officials from the Gadsden Independent School District say a letter has been sent out to parents explaining the lockdown at Riverside Elementary school Monday afternoon.

The Gadsden ISD says that one staff member was being threatened, but there is no longer any threat.

GISD also mentioned that Sunland Park Police are also continuing to monitor the school.
