MESILLA PARK - Neighbors at the Dove Canyon Mobile Park had been without water for eight days, but are now finally able to shower, wash dishes, and return to normal life.
Yesterday we told you about the frustrated residents at Dove Canyon who told NewsChannel 9 they were having to buy bottled water, stay with relatives, or even rent hotel rooms. They also said they couldn't get ahold of the landlord to find out why they were without water for so long.
We were able to contact the landlord, who said plumbers were working overtime to fix the problem. Late yesterday the water was turned back on, and this morning residents say they are finally able to get back to their normal routines.
