EL PASO - Two Women, Infants, and Children locations remain closed, but the Department of Public Health says all other WIC operations are open.
All clinics were closed because because of the weather.
The two that remained closed are at 10720 North Loop and 1757 George Dieter. The North Loop location will remain closed all this week, and the George Dieter location will open back up tomorrow.
