A new mode of transportation could change the way people travel between El Paso and Juarez.
City Council voted to work with Juarez to establish a light rail connection between the two cities. The project would take seven years to complete.
As for the cost, on this side of the border, the light rail commuter train would be $150 million dollars.
The trains would use existing routes used to transport freight and cargo across the border.
