Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso will open at 10 a.m. and close at 3p.m., Thursday, February 3. The same applies for theTexas Tech Clinics. Classes for 1st and 2nd year medical students and nursing students are cancelled. Non-essential personnel do not have to report.
