The launch of space shuttle discovery was delayed once again last night. Engineers asked to stop the countdown so they could review tests of a suspected problem with the valve of a fuel tank. That problem is what postponed Wednesday's liftoff. Tuesday's launch attempt was postponed by bad weather. The next launch opportunity is set for tonight at 9:59 mountain time.
