EL PASO - Some El Dorado High School students were surprised this morning with scholarships.
UTEP doled out $112,000 in scholarships to seven El Dorado seniors.
Two students received the presidential scholarship worth $12,000, four students received presidential excellence awards of $16,000 and one student earned a $24,000 leadership award.
The students were joined by family and friends as they were let in on the surprise.
