PECOS, TX - A lawsuit has been filed over the death of an inmate in Pecos prison.
Jesus Manuel Galindo, 32, died of a seizure in solitary confinement.
The ACLU lawsuit claims the prison did nothing after Galindo complained that he needed medication for epilepsy.
The prison is located three hours east of El Paso.
