EL PASO - A veteran received a military burial in El Paso today after a bureaucratic mix-up nearly kept the service from happening.
The V.A. lost Oscar Price's military records.
The agency initially denied him a military burial so his son called NewsChannel 9 Troubleshooters for help.
After a few question, the V.A. found Price's records and Oscar got the service he deserved today at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
Son Larry says his family is pleased his father's life and service were honored the right way.
