EL PASO - Police have identified the victim of a deadly crash in Far East El Paso.
Hector Heredia, 14, was a rear seat passenger in a car that collided with a Hummer in the 2200 block of Zaragoza last night.
Police say the driver of Heredia's car was a 14-year-old who ran a stop sign moments before the accident.
Everyone in the Hummer escaped serious injury.
