Investigators Call Parts of Story "Bizarre"
A woman in Montana Vista says 3 masked men broke into her home and held her at gunpoint early Monday morning.
But El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies are wondering why she waited 4 hours to report what happened to her.
Cynthia Lopez told NewsChannel 9 that she and her 2 month-old son were fast asleep when they woke up to the sound of breaking glass.
Lopez says 3 men broke in, tied her up and spent 2 hours rummaging through her home.
When they finally left with a few electronics, Lopez took her son and drove to her mother-in-law's home where she later called 911.
Investigators spent Monday afternoon questioning Lopez because they felt some parts of her story were "bizarre."
No arrests have been made.
