EL PASO - A 17-year-old is charged with marijuana and ecstasy possession while speeding in his car.
Police say Oscar Avila was going 80 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.
An officer pulled him over in the 2200 block of Tierra Alegre at 2 a.m.
Avila is being held on $2,100 bond.
