El Paso Liquor Store Owner Allegedly Sells to Minors

A woman was arrested for allegedly selling liquor to minors, twice.

Investigators say 30 year-old Briselda Morales, who owns an Upper Valley liquor store, was arrested for the same crime several days before.

Sheriff's deputies say they noticed a teen enter her store and buy alcohol on Friday.

The teen was pulled over a few blocks away and was cited, along with other miners in the vehicle.
