EL PASO - An El Paso judge is weighing his options after a change of venue request in the David Marmolejo murder case.
Marmolejo's attorney wants his client's trial moved to another city.
During a hearing today, Austin and San Antonio were mentioned as possibilities but the judge made no decision.
A jury could not make up its mind in Marmolejo's first murder trial so the judge declared a mistrial.
The accused killer remains in jail, charged with the murder of his mother Gloria.
A decision on the change of venue request is expected within the next two weeks.
