EL PASO - More than 2-dozen young people we're killed or injured in a Juarez massacre.
Gunmen barged into a birthday party killing 14 people, and injuring 19 others. The victims are all between 16 and 20 years old.
This is the second party massacre in Juarez this month.
No word on any arrests.
