UPDATE: Traffic is now fully restored on I-10 West at Paisano.
UPDATE: One lane is now open on I-10 West at Paisano. More lanes are expected to open in the next half hour.
EL PASO - It is a miserable commute for drivers on I-10 West.
The interstate is closed at Paisano due to a jackknifed FedEx truck.
Motorists are being diverted to side roads but it is slow going.
Emergency crews are on the scene trying to clear the truck from the interstate.
