The Dallas Cowboys enjoyed their lone victory longer than any other team in the NFL. After defeating the Houston Texans, improving to 1-2, the Cowboys went into their bye week on a high. Still, the Cowboys are a half-game behind Washington, Philadelphia, and the New York Giants in their own division, but it's better than being 0-3. Head Coach Wade Phillips discussed the good things about the timing of the bye week with the media today.
"I think the players, with the time off mentally, come back a little stronger and we got to utilize that, and still draw from the momentum we have from the last ballgame."
2:15pm Sunday, Dallas will host Tennessee at Cowboys Stadium.
