El Paso – A 56-year-old man from El Paso has died after investigators say he had a heart attack while behind the wheel of a semi-truck on I-10 yesterday afternoon.
The semi-truck crashed and backed up traffic for miles near mile marker 4 on the interstate's east-bound lanes.
Sheriff's Deputies are not releasing the man's name until his family is notified.
