LAS CRUCES - People celebrated the 30th Annual Whole Enchilada Festival in Las Cruces this weekend.
The fiesta celebrates food and music of the Southwest. There were games, a parade, a 5k fun-run, and of course food. The world's largest enchilada was created today, and people who showed up had a chance to take a bite.
"Everybody wants for Roberto to make this thing, and they all wait because he feels the audience and this is one of the biggest audience I've seen in years, so this is great," Tony Liello said.
The fiesta ended Sunday evening.
