Tires, furniture and whatever trash people want to dump can be found littered throughout the Sparks area.
This weekend Katherine palafox from Keep El Paso Beautiful and a group of volunteers will head to Sparks for their third anti-illegal dumping effort.
So far they've cleared about 4500 hundred tires and 335 tons of trash.
The money for the cleanup came from a state environmental fund.
Palafox chose to use the money in Sparks after researching several areas that have problems with illegal dumping.
She says the dumping here is less removed from the community.
Volunteers who'd like to help can show up at the Sparks Community Center Saturday morning at 7:30.
