EL PASO - Tonight police have confirmed there was not just one, but two additional girls who claim they were sexually assaulted by former Ethics Chairman David Chavez.
As many of you know by now, Chavez killed himself this past weekend at his home. He was accused of raping and molesting a young relative for nearly six years. She is now pregnant and says Chavez is the father.
The District Attorney's office says the cases have not been dismissed, and they are still meeting with the family of one of the victims.
In all, three girls, that we know of, have accused Chavez of sexual assault.
