Today is the second anniversary of "Manhunt Monday," a crime-stopping initiative from El Paso Law Enforcement.
The program profiles fugitives that are still wanted after their cases have grown cold.
Since 2008, the program has helped police officers and Sheriff's deputies capture 56 out of 96 fugitives. These people have committed violent or serious crimes against society, according to the Sheriff's Office.
