Wednesday, September 1: Today, UTEP Men's Basketball Head Coach Tim Floyd announced that Rashanti Harris and Desmond Lee will not be joining the UTEP Basketball team, after not academically qualfying. Harris was a 6-8, 240-pound recruit out of Columbus, MS. He was a four-star recruit by rivals.com, while Lee was a guard out of Norfolk, VA, who was a big time perimeter player, someone the Miners needed.
