Travis Logan is a local author here in El Paso.
He wants to turn his book, "Veil," into a movie.
This would be a local production and Logan says he thinks it could really open up El Pasoans' eyes to see that opportunities like these aren't only in Los Angeles or New York.
Logan also said that he is hoping that the movie will come out at the Plaza Theatre.
