EL PASO - A Mission Valley man busted by police has 24 outstanding warrants.
Officers were investigating a family disturbance call involving Damian Guadian.
Police say Guadian insisted he would not go to jail and took off running.
Officers arrested him behind the old library where he was taken into custody.
Guadian had outstanding warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest and 22 outstanding traffic warrants.
