LAS CRUCES - Chile pepper experts from around the world are getting ready to discuss a hot topic.
Next month the 20th International Pepper Conference will be held in Las Cruces. Chile pepper enthusiasts will gather to share up-to-date information and concerns from the chile pepper industry according to the conference website.
New Mexico State University hosts the conference which will run from September 12 to the 14th.
