The U.S. Border Patrol agent who was involved in a shooting that killed a 15-year-old Mexican boy along the U.S./Mexico border this summer, has returned to regular duty.
That's according to a spokesperson for the Border Patrol.
The agent, who's name has not been released, returned to duty shortly after the shooting on June 7th.
The agent shot the teen after allegedly being attacked with rocks while on patrol near the Paso del Norte port of entry.
