Baghdad- At least 60 people are dead and over 125 wounded after a suicide bomber blew himself up Tuesday in Baghdad.
The bomber targeted a large group of military recruits that had gathered outside of a major Iraqi military building in the country's capital.
The attack comes two weeks before all but 50,000 U.S. troops are scheduled to leave Iraq. Iraqi military officials are blaming al Qaeda for the attack.
The Iraqi Army is desperately trying to attract new members in order to bolster their ranks before the U.S. departure.
