Son Says Victim of Murder is from Paris, TX

We know a little more tonight about the victim in El Paso's second murder this year.

Police released a photo of a tattoo belonging to Frank Jeffrey before they were able to identify him.

His son, Frank Jeffrey, Jr. tells us his father is from Paris, Texas. The tattoo that says "Linda" is the name of his mother, Jeffrey's former wife.

Jeffrey was beaten to death with a baseball bat in an apartment in the 400 block of Tays two weeks ago.

Lorenzo Carreon is under arrest for the murder. Witnesses heard the two arguing inside the apartment.
