Investigators have identified a woman killed in a car crash in Fabens as 21-year old Priscilla Lopez. El Paso County deputies say Lopez somehow lost control of her car and veered into oncoming traffic, hitting a truck on Wednesday. She later died at the hospital. The other driver is said to be in stable condition. Investigators do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.
