EL PASO, TX - If you're worried about flooding, the El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board has you covered. They're giving out sandbags to their customers.
You can get up to 25 sandbags for flood control purposes at the following locations until September 17:
Hours: M-F, 2pm - 8pm
Westside - 120 Kappa (near Keystone Heritage Park)
Northeast -Nations Tobin Park, 8831 Railroad
Eastside - Album Park, Wedgewood & Lockerbie
Mission Valley - Blackie Chesher Park, 9144 Escobar
The Stormwater Operations Center will remain open all year and is fully stocked with sandbags as well.
Hours: M-F, 8am - 4pm
Central - Stormwater Operations Center, 410 S. Cotton
Just a reminder: Sandbags are no longer distributed at El Paso fire stations.
