EL PASO -- One man is dead after an overnight crash in Northeast El Paso. It happened after midnight on State Line Road and McCombs. Police say Antonio Mondragon lost control of his car causing it to rollover.
Officers say he was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the car. His passenger was not seriously hurt.
Investigators say speed and possible alcohol were factors in the crash.
