Commissioners Cut $4 Million From Budget

To deal with the slow economy El Paso County Commissioners plan to cut 4$4 Million dollars out of this year's budget.

Monday, they voted to cut some personnel and County operations.

All department heads and elected officials have been told to find 2 percent budget reductions from now until September.

As part of the budget cuts, some summer recreation programs will also be cut.
