President Obama says he hopes for progress in the massive oil spill in the gulf.
Today the president is entering the second day of his two day visit to the Gulf Coast. He spent yesterday touring a decontamination facility in Theodore, Alabama and visiting a local seafood restaurant.
President Obama said the administration continues to press BP to pay damage claims and get the spill under control.
He plans to address the nation tonight about the oil spill.
