New Mexico State University Police are looking for a man they say is responsible for a stabbing that took place this morning.
University police say Ismael Zambrano Chavira,38, is responsible for the stabbing that happened in the parking lot of the greenhouses at the Arrowhead Research Park.
A 38-year-old woman was found with multiple stab wounds. She remains in critical condition. Tonight the Las Cruces Sun News is reporting that the victim was Chavira's ex-girlfriend.
