"The A-Team" and "The Karate Kid" hit theaters this weekend
NBCNC -- If you love the '80s, get yourself to a movie theater this weekend.
Ralph Macchio is replaced by Will Smith's son Jaden in "The Karate Kid" and the hit TV show "The A-Team" makes the plan come together on the big screen.
The reboot of the popular show starts with the elite military squad being framed for a crime they didn't commit.
After escaping from prison, Hannibal, Face, B.A. and Murdock go rogue, looking to clear their names and find out who set them up, all while running from federal agents led by Jessica Biel.
"The A-Team" is rated PG-13.
Jaden Smith gets bullied in Beijing in "The Karate Kid."
He's a stranger in a strange land after his mom's job takes him from Detroit to China.
He has a hard time fitting in until a scruffy maintenance man played by Jackie Chan shows Smith the ways of kung fu.
This remake bears little resemblance to the 1984 original, except for the title.
"The Karate Kid" is rated PG.
