HIV cases among teens in El Paso are on the rise. The El Paso Department of Public Health says more than twenty cases of the virus have been reported in the first three months of this year. Last year, 64 cases of HIV were reported and half of those cases involved people under the age of 35. One nurse at an STD clinic says younger people are not practicing safe sex. Teen pregnancy and other STD infections are also going up.
