A third teenage girl in El Paso has been arrested for arson in the last four days.
Tuesday morning a 13 year-old girl was charged for intentionally setting a fire at a home in Northeast El Paso.
No one was hurt in the fire and damage was minimal.
You may remember Friday, a 13 and 15-year old girl were arrested for two separate school fires.
The El Paso Fire Department has a few safety suggestions for parents.
First, store matches and lighters out of children's reach and sight.
Never use lighters or matches as a source of amusement for children and explain to them that they are tools for adults.
Always use child resistant lighters.
Don't leave lighters or matches in a bedroom or any place a child may go without supervision.
