Early Morning House Fire

The El Paso Fire Department was called out to a home in the 10000 block of Georgetown in northeast El Paso just before 6 a.m. Tuesday. Firefighters say a small fire broke out in the kitchen, but was quickly put out. There were reports of a child missing in the house, but when firefighters arrived, they found both the child and her grandmother outside. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
