LAS CRUCES, NM - Two Las Cruces men are charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Police say Luis Guerra, 18, and Diego Mendez-Parra, 18, gave the girl alcohol while she was skipping school and hanging out with them.
Investigators say the men then sexually assaulted her before dropping her off near her home.
