Explosives Found in New Mexico

Belen, NM - Police in central New Mexico are investigating a home they say was filled with explosives.

The explosives can be used to make small IED's, blasting caps and detonators.

Police also found explosive chemicals from the home in Belen.

The owner is a retired police bomb tech.

He is in custody as police try to figure out what he was doing with the devices.

No word on any possible charges against the man.
