It is beyond belief a portion of the city of el paso would even consider a person of this moral terpitude to serve in a position of civil management. This person has not only positioned himself in an unfavorable criminal light but has also shown he can not manage his personal financial responsibilities as well. Recently a KVIA segment showed he had not paid a local contractor for roof work at his home. He refused the reporter access to his home wich did nothing for his defense. Voters wake up!!
