El Paso's District Attorney sure blew it on this one. Instead of charging Head with the illegal discharging of a firearm and aggravated assault, they went for the muder charge = BIG MISTAKE as is evident with the jury taking one hour to find Head Not Guilty of Murder. So Mr. DA - Don't blow it with the upcoming trial of the real murderer.
