It is very refreshing to see that far East El Paso & the Lower Valley finally have a County Commissioner (Vince Perez) who takes such a caring and involved approach to trying to work out solutions to the never ending squabbles that have pagued the Lower Valley for years & years. Now if officials of the City of Socooro would only be truthfull and reasonable. That may be too much to hope for.
